The White House

     

The White House went through many design changes of the interior during the next few administrations. The White Houses East Wing was built during World War II. The primary objective of the East Wing was to be a place to host social gatherings. It was built during World War II as a decoy to hide the construction of an underground emergency bunker for the President.
