Ben Franklin
Benjamin Franklin (January 17, 1706 - April 17, 1790) was born in Boston. He was the tenth son of Josiah and Abiah Franklin. Josiah was a soap maker and Benjamin's mother was the second wife of Josiah. Ben would eventually have 16 siblings/stepsiblings. Benjamin went to work for one of his brothers who started The New England Courant newspaper in Boston. He loved working on the presses of the newspaper and even wrote articles. |
