Louis Pasteur

When Louis Pasteur transferred to be the Dean at the new University of Lille, he embarked on one of his most famous discoveries. A farmer came to Pasteur wanting to know why his beet juice turned bad over time, and how to prevent it. This photo shows Louis Pasteur hard at work - can you find the three differences in this photo hunt puzzle?

Pasteur was an expert at fermentation and found out that the juice turned was fermenting. He showed the farmer how to control the heating process when making the juice to kill-off the yeast. With the yeast gone the juice wouldnt ferment and would last much longer.
