Henry Ford
Henry Ford was a pacifist and against World War I. He created a delegation and sailed to Stockholm Sweden for a conference to try and end the war. In 1943 Henry Fords son Edsel (who was now president of Ford Motor Company) passed away. Henry decided to return to the company as president, but he wasnt the same man - having suffered a stroke several years before. He passed away in 1947 at the age of 83. |
