Palace of Versailles

The most magnificent room at the Palace of Versailles is the Hall of Mirrors, and the name is very fitting because the 235-foot-long ballroom looks like a hall of mirrors. There are 17 large mirrors lined along one side of the room, and windows on the other side. Did you find the 3 changes? Click to see the next puzzle.

Large beautiful chandeliers hang from the frescoed ceiling of the Hall of Mirrors (Galerie des Glaces in French), and the windows overlook the gardens of the estate. Mirrors were very expensive to produce, especially ones of this size, in the early 1700s.
