Yellowstone

The first non-Native American to discover the area which is now Yellowstone was John Colter who was part of the Lewis and Clark Expedition. Colter broke off from the group and joined some fur trappers. This photo shows one of the entrances to Yellowstone - can you find the three differences in this photo hunt puzzle?

John Colter toured the area now called Yellowstone in 1807. He spoke about the geysers and geothermal activity he saw and called the area a place of fire and brimstone. Many that heard of his Yellowstone account felt Colter was exaggerating.
