Berlin Wall

Radical communist changes were taking place in East Germany as communist laws were being implemented. The government began seizing property and possessions, and began indoctrinating citizens on communist policies. This photo shows the graffiti on the western side of the Berlin Wall - can you find the three differences in this photo hunt puzzle?

People began fleeing the East in droves. An estimated 4 million people left countries in Eastern Europe and fled to the West. This migration of people was called a brain drain, because the people tended to be young well-educated citizens.
